1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Estimated Delivery Time: 25 - 30 business days
Shipping Cost: FREE

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, or peak holiday seasons.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link.
You can track your package via the carrier's website. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address during checkout.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

WWM is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If you do not receive your order within 35 business days, or if your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@wwmfan.com
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
